Hassan Nazmul Islam who proposed Water& Essential(WE) organization when he was working in capital city Dhaka .He was always committed to serve rural people as development worker. He worked national &international organization some years. Nazmul Hassan RIPON completed his graduation in ECONOMICS from Jahangirnagar University of Bangladesh in 1994-95. Then worked in some foreign aided projects. he is involved with WE last more than 12 years .
He designed all these social ventures .
